Customers from outside EU:

When ordering goods from Revive Pleasure for delivery outside European Union the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destinations.
I’m afraid we are unable to offer advice on your country’s import laws and rates. When we send packages outside the UK, we are obliged to state what the goods are and their sale value. We can only put the true figure on.

If you reject a parcel because you don’t want to pay the import duties, it will be returned to us. In those circumstances, we will politely ask you to meet the cost of resending

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.

 

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a fault. Any claims for any damages or shortages must be made in writing to Revive Pleasure within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot accept returns if:

  • Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and in accordance with your instructions.

  • Styles have been discontinued

  • Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable

  • Merchandise is not in original unbroken packaging as shipped.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.

 
In all cases, you will need to email us at info@revivepleasure.com to tell us the details of your return.
 
Please ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep this in a safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting.
 
Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.
 
Lingerie, latex clothing, and consumables are exempt from your right to return once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:
 
Lubricant
Massage Oils
Condoms
Room Aromas
Balms
Creams
Hosiery (including bodystockings, stockings, and tights)
Latex lingerie and clothing

Cancel Your Order

Email us at info@revivepleasure.com you can cancel before you have received your tracking order ID via email.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

Plain Packaged Parcels

All orders are sent in discreet plain packaging, so if you're waiting for a surprise present then we won't spoil the surprise by putting our name on the box! Discreet Delivery.

How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns unless the item you receive is  faulty/damaged on arrival. Please email us at info@revivepleasure for details
